In the course of managing her antiques store, she was discovered by an A&E Television producer who gave her the chance to be a guest in the Texas version of Storage Wars. The three-season show proved to be a huge hit. She was chosen for the fifth season of Storage Wars because she had gained popularity. Storage Wars has featured her throughout its subsequent seasons. She's appeared intermittently on the show through season 12.
